Service package for customers who want the overall cleanup of houses, new houses, apartments and houses for long without cleaning

• Working time in the customers requests (no lunch time). Working when customers at the house for checking and handover
• Only once paid, are not charged any fees incurred approximately

• At a reasonable cost, your house, apartment will be the overall sanitation, clean as new, help family atmosphere more comfortable and airy

Service included:

• Number of employees:  02 up to and 01 supervisor (employees have over 03 years of working experience in luxurious apartments)

• Working time: around 3h -4h to complete
• Machines used: scrubber, industrial vacuum cleaners, and other support tools
• Chemicals used: Chemicals Gift floor cleaner (origin: Vietnam); Sanitary toilet chemicals, glass cleaner Goodmaid (origin: Malaysia); Versatile cleaning materials Klenco Power Lime (origin: Singapore); Carpet and chairs cleaning chemical, Power floral deodorant chemicals (origin: Singapore)

CLEANING PROCESS PACKAGE

Step 1: Bedroom area

• Vacuum furniture, under beds and hidden corners
• Clean cabinets, shelves, dusting frames, bedrooms lampshades, television
• Clean windows, glass doors with many small cells each cell will be wiped clean
• Wipe the floor with specialized chemicals
• Arrange furniture neat and shut the door

Step 2: Dining room, kitchen area

• Vacuum furniture, under beds and hidden corners

• Clean inside of glass door

• Clean oil, fat, food adhesion on wall tiles kitchen area

• Clean stone wall by tools and specialized chemicals

• Cleaning sink and counter surface

• Cleaning cabinet kitchen table

• Clean gas stove after cooking, and widgets on the stove

• Clean outside of the oven

• Wipe dust on table, dining chair

• Rub floor by industrial scrubber and specialized chemicals

Step 3: Living room area

• Scan cobwebs, dust on ceiling
• Sweep, displaced living room furniture to sweep dust accumulation underneath, wipe tables, chairs, cabinets, pictures, TV in living room
• Clean glass doors, windows, and dust in door frames
• Wipe down stairs, and dust rail
• Rub floor by industrial machine and specialized chemicals

Step 4: Bathroom, toilet area:

Toilets area where last cleaned because water and cleaning wipes are often used for cleaning work at other places.

Cleaning work included:

• General cleaning stone walls, partitions and toilets doors
• General cleaning of toilets, urinals and wash basins
• Clean bathroom mirror, sink and a vanity
• Disinfection and deodorizing toilet, urinal
• Rub floor by machine and specialized chemicals

Step 5: Overall Check

When cleaning work in all areas has been completed, the supervisor will check if there is any place not meet customers’s requirements then will be promptly processed immediately to ensure houses, apartments are most clean and satisfactory.
